The engine spins freely easily and is in excellent physical condition. We recommend that it is dis-assembled and inspected entirely before building the motor. We were not involved in any of the build process of this engine. Everything looks good on first impression and seems to check-out fine, but I think it’s better to be safe and judge it for your self.
